If you don’t know where to go to celebrate the end of a decade and welcome 2020, The Draycott will be open on New Year’s Eve.
“We would love to ring in the New Year with our neighbors and friends,” restaurant co-owner Marissa Hermer told Circling the News.
The prix fixe menu, which is $120 for three courses, starts with a choice of sweet potato soup with crispy bacon or pan roasted scallops or truffle beef tartare (beef fillet, capers, shallot, quail egg yok and potato crisps).
The main course could include mushroom ravioli, or poached turbot (potato, roasted mushroom, white wine velouté and truffle) or beef duo (roasted filet, braised short rib, potato gratin and black truffle).
Dessert includes either the red wine poached pear in pistachio crème anglaise, the bourbon crème brulee or the chocolate entremet (mousse, hazelnut feuilletine and kumquat relish).
A vegan menu is available upon request and a kids’ menu will be available. A complimentary champagne toast will be offered at midnight.
