Will Holds a Community Meeting on July 22

The Pacific Palisades Task Force on Homelessness, which works to alleviate homelessness in Pacific Palisades, holds regular community meetings on different topics to help educate residents about the challenges involved.

The next public meeting will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, July 22, in the Palisades Library community room, 861 Alma Real.

The speaker will be Lewis Horne, the CBRE (Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis) division president of the Pacific Southwest, who will address the challenge in helping the homeless find housing that is reasonably close to emergency shelters and essential social services. Horne is embracing the location challenge through innovation and partnerships.

He will present new and thought-provoking ideas for addressing “location” challenges.

One Response to Pacific Palisades Task Force on Homelessness

  1. David Card says:

I’ll try to be there, Sue. Lew Horne interviewed and ok’d the hiring of my son Zachary Card at CBRE. Zac’s a successful retail services division Vice President in the Beverly Hills office. I’d like to shake Lew’s hand.
