There Will Be Numerous Food Trucks at PaliHi

A nice variety of food trucks will be stationed near the concert/fireworks site at Palisades High on July 4.

Trucks include: Baby’s Badass Burgers, featuring the classic Original Beauty with swiss, grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms and Baby’s special sauce. Visit: babysbadassburgers.com.

Cousins Maine Lobster, which specializes in lobster rolls and tacos. Visit: cousinsmainelobster.com.

Dogtown Dogs, which includes an all-beef dog with whole-grain bun, Dijon mustard, fennel slaw and roasted red peppers. Visit: dogtowndog.com.

Dina’s Dumplings has a simplified menu that includes pork, shrimp, beef, chicken and vegan. There are also cold sesame noodles. Visit: dinasdumpling.com.

Prince of Venice, which has homemade pasta and handmade pasta sauce, offers orecchiette, penne, conchiglie, salads and caprese. Visit:princeofvenicefoodtruck.com

RICHEEZE, a grilled-cheese truck, which features jalapeno grilled cheese, but also deep-fried mac ‘n’ cheese nuggetz. Visit: roaminghunger.com.
