Santa and Mrs. Claus are coming to Pacific Palisades Saturday.

Santa Claus is making a scheduled stop in Pacific Palisades this Saturday for the annual HO!HO!HO! He and Mrs. Claus will fly via reindeer to Fire Station 69, where they will be transported atop the firetruck to Simon Meadow, at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Temescal Canyon Road.
If there are no blizzards at the North Pole, Santa’s estimated time of arrival is around 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 9.
HO!HO!HO! is a free event and people do not have to pay to take photos with Santa. After children tell Santa Christmas wishes, there will be snacks and hot chocolate and entertainment. And don’t miss the beloved reingoats, who enjoy meeting the kids.
This year’s HO!HO!HO! entertainment lineup includes:
1 p.m. Fancy Feet Dancers bring their energy to the stage.
1:30 p.m. Motley Ukes – Members of this downhome ukulele band play and sing favorites.
1:50 p.m. Heather Lyle’s Bluecat Music Voice Studio students, including many who recently wowed audiences in Palisades High School’s production of Mean Girls.
2:20 p.m. Palisades Studio Performing Arts and Fitness –Children from this studio will show us their dance moves.
2:50 p.m. Theatre Palisades Youth will perform music from their upcoming spring musical, Les Miserables.
3:10 p.m. New Vibe Gymnastics
3:30 p.m. Gerry Blanck Martial Arts
Afterwards, walk around the YMCA Christmas Tree Lot and enjoy the smells of the fresh pine trees – maybe even pick one out to take home.
When the local Chamber of Commerce discontinued the annual arrival of Santa Claus in 2018, a dedicated group of local volunteers worked to keep the event.
HO!HO!HO! was started in 1949 and held every year since (including during Covid when Santa Claus sat in a parking lot and kids were able to drive by and wave at him).
