The architect of this proposed wildlife crossing will be at the Temescal Canyon Association meeting.

Edmiston to Speak at TCA Meeting Monday

Joe Edmiston, Pacific Palisades resident and Executive Director of the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy, will speak at the Temescal Canyon Association’s annual meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, December 3, Woodland Hall, Temescal Gateway Park. The public is welcome. There will be refreshments and free parking. Visit: temcanyon.org.

Edmiston will discuss how SMMC works to preserve parkland and wilderness areas while making them accessible to the general public through partnerships, including with the Temescal Canyon Association.

Also speaking will be architect Clark Stevens, who will speak about the outdoor structures he designed for the Malibu Lagoon restoration.

His current project, designing the Wildlife Crossing over the 101 freeway at Liberty Canyon, will also be a topic of discussion. Visit: savelacougars.org
