Come to a Palisades Parade/Fireworks Meeting
The Pacific Palisades Americanism Parade Association (PAPA) is already planning for this year’s Fourth of July celebration, which includes the afternoon parade, the evening concert and the fireworks. show.
This is the biggest day of the year in our town and volunteers are sorely needed to help fill various roles. The second meeting of 2019 will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 8 at the American Legion Post (15247 La Cruz Dr.). Light refreshments will be served.
Those who have volunteered before or those who are looking for a way to help plan or work the big day are invited to the meeting. Find out how you can become more involved. At last month’s meeting a new volunteer was welcomed and the committee hopes to see more this meeting. New ideas and suggestions are welcomed.
As a special enticement, a parade theme will be selected.
