Singer/songwriters are scheduled to perform at The Draycott in Caruso’s Palisades Village on Tuesday this week; Monday, December 13 and Tuesday, January 11.

EVAN BRAU AND FRIENDS:
Evan Brau and Friends will perform at 7 p.m. on December 7. This talented Palisadian singer/songwriter started as a tenor in the prestigious collegiate chorale at UC Santa Barbara. He formed his first band, Munkafust, and has performed with Rod Stewart and Train. CLAIRE NORDSTROM:
Claire Nordstrom will appear at The Draycott.
A local favorite, Claire Nordstrom, will perform holiday music on December 13 at 7 p.m.
Nordstrom attended Village School and then Harvard-Westlake, where she played Annie in “Annie,” Olive in the “Putnam County Spelling Bee,” while also having solos in “Grease,” “Oklahoma” and “Hairspray.”
Nordstrom, continuing to make impressive strides as a performer, was invited to tour with Andrea Boccelli and perform at Madison Square Garden and in Vegas. The Boccelli YouTube video went viral, and she was asked to sing the National Anthem at a Seattle Seahawks game.
Twice, Nordstrom was selected as the winner of the Young Arts Foundation competition in the vocal category—and it is well-deserved.
SHEVIN:
Shevin, featuring the Palisadian husband/wife duo Kevin and Sheri Field (formerly of the rock-band Marquez), will perform on January 11 at 7 p..m. The band melds the sounds of Americana, rock, blues, jazz and pop and is known for its smooth harmonies and calming tones. The Fields have been writing and performing together for more than 22 years and just finished recording an eight-song EP, titled “Shevin.” Shevin will be releasing new music in 2022 which will be produced by KZZ music and the duo continue to do a weekly livestream in addition to live performances.
