Class of 1964, Summer/Winter 1969 and Class of 1979
Class of 1964
The Palisades High School 50th Reunion was so much fun for the class of 1964 that organizers promise even more for the 55th reunion that will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, October 13.
Alumni are invited to sign up now for the three-hour dining and dancing cruise, while watching the sunset and the full moon rise. Classmates (and guests) will board the Regent Sea yacht in Marina del Rey, aided by mermaids (and classmates) Konni and Corky.
There will be complimentary soft drinks and juices, with stronger “grog” available at the no-host bar, before guests will go to the officer’s buffet.
After dinner, the music on the dance floor will feature popular songs during that time. Organizers said, “We’ll also relive memories of our school days and forge new bonds with classmates as Spartans Class President Konnis serves as master of ceremony.
Palisades High opened in 1961. The class of 1964 was the first graduating class, where students started as sophomores in 1962. Not only was the school mascot a dolphin, the class of ’64 adopted the Spartans as a class mascot.
The cost for the cruise and dinner is $115 and classmates are urged to book because seating is limited.
