The proposed construction for this home on Hartzell will come before the Civic League on May 26.

The Pacific Palisades Civic League will meet electronically, via ZOOM, on Tuesday, May 26, at 7:30 p.m. because of the current stay-at-home, social distancing edicts. (The meetings are generally held the fourth Monday of each month, but because of Memorial Day the meeting will be Tuesday this month.)

This is the perfect opportunity for Palisades residents to follow the Civic League process from their home, by emailing office.ppcl@gmail.com for Zoom meeting information.

There are three homes to review under New Business: At 704 Swarthmore, a remodel with a minor ground floor addition is planned, and at 355 Mt. Holyoke and 752 Hartzell, new two-story residences will be reviewed.

Under Old Business, there are eight homes under review: 834 and 1106 Fiske; 15228 De Pauw, 583 and 577 Radcliffe, 1047 Hartzell, 516 Erskine and 1106 Monument.

One Response to Civic League to Review Residential Construction Plans Via ZOOM on May 26

  1. Reed Saxon says:

Thank you for publicizing the Civic League building review agendas! Many, many years ago the local newspaper would publish these agendas, with addresses. But the last time I looked (not recently) they do not. Only those properties within the area of required neighbor notification would know, though some plans might affect a much wider area. Please keep doing so, and thanks!
