If you want your youth to get some exercise, learn a sport and have fun while doing it, AYSO Region 69 invites families to enroll before August 20. There are still a few openings in most divisions.

AYSO Region 69 has been serving the communities of Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Topanga and adjoining neighborhoods since 1975, and has once again been recognized as a Platinum Region for its outstanding program.

All children with birth dates between 2006 and 2017 are eligible to play. Forty-five percent of our players are girls. There are more details online.

Unlike many club soccer organizations, AYSO is based on player development. Every child plays as least three-quarters of a game – and the only way a child will actually get better is by playing in a real game. Practices don’t accomplish the same mastery as games.

An all-volunteer organization, AYSO’s mission is to develop and deliver a quality youth soccer program where everyone builds positive character through participation in a fun, family environment.

The organization’s philosophies include: Open Registration, Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, and Player Development.

You and your children/teens are invited to join the AYSO Family, and long-time volunteers look forward to meeting everyone.

To register, go to the Region 69 website: www.ayso69.org. Read the information posted under the Registration Tab (Welcome Letter and Documents), then look in the right corner and click REGISTER NOW to create your Family Account.

The Registration Fee through August 20 is $400 and after that date it rises to $440.

Multi-decade volunteer Debbie Held said, “Help us spread the word about Region 69’s programs. Tell your friends about us.”
