When Marilyn Crawford was Arnie Wishnick’s administrative assistant at the Palisades Chamber of Commerce, she was responsible for helping to organize the annual Chamber installation dinners.

One year she sought recipes from celebs and other dignitaries. She told Circling the News, “I created a pamphlet and printed it for the Installation Dinner (2003). I placed them at each place setting for the attendees to take as ‘a table favor’…to take home.”

Steve Guttenberg, who was Palisades Honorary Mayor (2002-2006), gave Crawford his favorite recipe.

He wrote: “This is my mother’s (Ann Guttenberg) recipe. She is the greatest cook in the world. Her magic ingredient is LOVE. Nothing is more nourishing than love.
